> Could you tell me more about your products?
Yes! All the products offered in my online store are artisan made. I do the entire product myself, from design to crafting, and anything in between. 
In some cases I use industrial tools such as a laser cut machine, but I produce them with the same love and passion as I would with any other handcrafted products.

> Where do you produce them?
I produce them in my studio/workshop. I only make single pieces or limited edition series. I prefer to keep my work as an artisanal product, limited to small quantities.

> Are your products child friendly?
All my products are designed for adults unless stated. Before placing your order please check the product description. 
Nonetheless, all products can be enjoyed by the whole family.  

> What kind of materials do you use?
All supplies used in my products are high-quality non-toxic materials, thought to be timeless if they are displayed or stored correctly. 
To maintain this quality, it is recommended that you do not display them in direct sunlight or close to water.

> I like your works but I would love something made just for me. Can I request a commissioned work?
Yes, of course you can. I love to explore new projects and ideas, just contact me by email and we'll see if it is feasable.

> How long will my order take to arrive?
I take very much care in every piece I produce, so once the order is placed please allow 2-3 days for it to be processed. Then allow a further 10-15 days for dispatch, this may change due to high demand. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the purchase should arrive within 15 days in EU countries and 30 days elsewhere.

> Do you make international shipments?
Yes. All my products are shipped from Portugal via CTT Mail with tracking number. Just take into account that international recipients may be responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.

> Can I pick up my purchase or just visit you to see your workshop?
You can! If you are in Lisbon, just contact me so we can arrange the pick up or a meeting. I will look forward to your visit!

> I've received the product damaged, what do I do?
In the unlikely event of your product being damaged during shipping, please contact me with a picture of the damaged product within 24 hours upon receiving, I will then arrange a replacement. 
Otherwise, all sales are final.

> Do you have any refund policy?
Unfortunately, this is something currently unavailable. However if you are unhappy with the received product, please contact me so we can sort out any problems you have.
